How it works

From scrap to skilled trades

01

YOU DONATE

When your crane swaps a rope or your inspector retires a piece of rigging, we arrange the pickup.

02

WE RECYCLE

Your scrap goes to a partnered recycler. Every ticket is weighed, tracked, and receipted.

03

STUDENTS TRAIN

Proceeds fund scholarships for heavy-lift trades. Donor companies join a preferred-hiring list shared with graduates.

Donating purpose-built training materials

Ben-Mor Cables · Van Beest

We are applying for CRA charity status. Tax receipts will be issued once status is granted, and early donors will be supported retroactively.
